VOCAL COACH
A full-scholarship New England Conservatory graduate, Opera News cover artist, and multi-genre vocal instructor, Brev combines classical training with innovative techniques. He's the operatic voice in the iconic cover of "Hoist the Colours," with over 13 billion streams on TikTok alone. His teaching expertise spans opera, bass, and contemporary styles, making complex vocal concepts accessible to singers at every level. From opening for country star Dustin Lynch to pioneering subharmonic research with Mass General Hospital, there's so much to learn from Brev's versatility and adaptability.
Peter Barber
VOCAL COACH
An American opera singer, music producer, YouTuber, and podcaster, Peter is a graduate of the prestigious Academy of Vocal Arts, now striding into life as a full-time professional opera singer. Peter has performed over 30 operatic roles, including multiple with The Sante Fe Opera, Aspen Music Festival, and the Music Academy of the West. Outside of opera, he's grown an audience of 300k+ subscribers on YouTube and is a founding member of the award-winning musical group, The Bass Gang. Peter's voice has been heard over 150 million times across platforms. Peter is currently working on an original, 30-song concept album about Achilles and the Trojan War, releasing in 2026.

Absolutely! Bass Singer Academy is geared towards basses, but the tenets and practices in our program can apply to voices of all types (even the extended techniques!) As pedagogues, we want singers to discover and embrace their true voice.
